Full Professor Electrode Design for Electrochemical Energy Systems

Professor Dr. Ciucci took over the chair of Electrode Design for Electrochemical Energy Systems.

"My research focuses on the study of solid-state ionics for energy storage and conversion," Ciucci says. "I have worked extensively on oxide materials for solid oxide cells and solid electrolytes for solid-state batteries, developing both fundamental insights and practical devices. I also have a strong interest in electrochemical impedance spectroscopy diagnostics, including experimental optimization, analysis, and rapid acquisition methods." - Professor Ciucci
